These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of myvssecurity.com and the products, software licenses, and services (the “Services”) offered by My VS Security, a service of Keystone Integrated Services LLC. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase or use the Services.

2. Digital delivery

All digital products, software licenses, and license keys are delivered immediately upon purchase to the email address provided at checkout. No physical products are shipped. Professional services (consultations, reviews, advisory sessions) are scheduled within 2 business days of purchase.

3. Billing descriptor

Charges from purchases made through our checkout may appear on your bank or card statement under the billing descriptor My VS Security.

4. Products and pricing (complete list)

Unless otherwise noted, prices are in U.S. dollars. Recurring software licenses are billed on a one-year basis at the starting price for the selected license tier.

5. Subscriptions, renewals, and taxes

Some licenses are offered on a subscription basis and renew automatically every year at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices may change on renewal; we will provide notice before any material price change. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required by law to collect them.

6. Refund and cancellation policy

All products — including one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions — carry a 30-day full-refund guarantee on the initial purchase. Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable but you may cancel before the next billing date to stop future charges. 7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, My VS Security and Keystone Integrated Services LLC disclaim all warranties and limit liability to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
